Priyanka primarily focuses on corporate & commercial litigation, dispute resolution and white-collar crime defense. She has assisted and advised domestic and international clients regarding various civil and commercial disputes.
She is involved in various aspects of dispute resolution including evaluation of contractual agreements, advising on risk mitigation, assisting in strategy formation, drafting of pleadings, legal opinions, briefing and assisting counsels. In addition, she has handled commercial disputes relating to matters of insolvency and bankruptcy, company law, contract law etc.
She also works with the team on corporate assignments and has experience in mergers & acquisitions and venture capital financing transactions.
