Anshu is a recognized commercial litigator with substantial experience as an arguing and briefing counsel representing clients across a range of industry sectors and commercial disputes. He also actively formulates litigation strategy and assists businesses in managing their commercial disputes for outcomes aligned with their commercial objective. As part of pre-litigation support, Anshu recommends strategy and assists in drafting and preparing communications with counter parties to potential commercial disputes.

Jyothi is a dual-focused advocate with strong experience in both corporate advisory and litigation practice. Her work spans contract law, company law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and taxation, alongside active litigation across constitutional, energy, regulatory, and criminal matters. She regularly appears before the High Courts of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka, and has argued before the Supreme Court of India, the National Company Law Tribunal, the Electricity Regulatory Commissions, and the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity.

Nicolas is an integral part of Veyrah Law’s business strategy initiatives. As director, he is involved with developing and nurturing international relationships with a special focus on French and European markets. Nicolas has been active in the Indian market for over a decade and has a nuanced understanding of the fundamentals of the Indian market. He brings together a unique and diverse experience of Indian and European business environments.
