Anshu is a recognized commercial litigator with substantial experience as an arguing and briefing counsel representing clients across a range of industry sectors and commercial disputes. He also actively formulates litigation strategy and assists businesses in managing their commercial disputes for outcomes aligned with their commercial objective. As part of pre-litigation support, Anshu recommends strategy and assists in drafting and preparing communications with counter parties to potential commercial disputes.

Nicolas is an integral part of Veyrah Law’s business strategy initiatives. As director, he is involved with developing and nurturing international relationships with a special focus on French and European markets. Nicolas has been active in the Indian market for over a decade and has a nuanced understanding of the fundamentals of the Indian market. He brings together a unique and diverse experience of Indian and European business environments.

Priyanka primarily focuses on corporate & commercial litigation, dispute resolution and white-collar crime defense. She has assisted and advised domestic and international clients regarding various civil and commercial disputes. 

Pooja advises clients on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and white – collar crime defense. She has also worked on various transactions and has experience in conducting legal due diligences, drafting transaction documents and coordinating deal closings.

Dhruv is part of the corporate & commercial litigation, dispute resolution and white-collar crime defense team and specialises in handling commercial disputes relating to matters of insolvency and bankruptcy, company law, contract law etc. He also supports the corporate transaction team on certain mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
